OUR CSR POLICY
The Hotels Paris Rive Gauche collection fully embraces the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through its fundamental values. We integrate these social and environmental issues in our activities in various different ways.
Our dynamic commitment to CSR contributes to our guests’ wellbeing, promoting local culture and the sustainability of the company while respecting the environment and society.

OUR ECOLOGICAL PRACTICES
The 7 hotels in the collection have an approach to CSR based on eco-design, resource management and reducing our environmental impact. Our concrete actions include:
✔ Saving energy: use of low-energy lightbulbs, movement sensors to limit energy consumption, and monitoring of energy consumption with a CSR rapport.
✔ Waste reduction: use of recycling sorting bins, limitation of the use of plastics and use of eco-conscious products.
✔ Encouragement of socially-responsible practices: training personnel about sustainable development and applicable norms in our sector.
OUR CONTINUED RAISING OF AWARENESS
We actively raise guest awareness about the importance of sustainable development, through concrete actions:
✔ Reuse of towels to reduce environmental impact.
✔ Information panels in the rooms about our approach to CSR and the practices in place.
✔ Dialogue between the various sections of the company in order to improve our practices and take into account each one’s social and environmental concerns.

Our hotels favour responsible procurement by taking into account our responsibilities around the life cycle of products.

STRIVING FOR A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
A mindful selection of suppliers and partners dedicated to sustainable development is also made, and all have eco-responsible accreditation.
Our suppliers (and theirs) are rigorously selected using environmental and social criteria, ensuring performance and positive impact. Our pledges lead us to work with certified business partners with eco-responsible accreditation that reflect our CSR policies.
AN ETHICAL AND INCLUSIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT
The hotels offer healthy food with a very careful selection of breakfast products, including ethical coffee suppliers, and we promote natural wines with no added sulphites. With these different suppliers, our hotels actively seek to create a respectful work environment that aims to promote:

✔ Constructive social dialogue with our teams, and management based on a framework of mutual trust.
